Possible PD Get Togethers and Planning Days - An important part of this project would be planning and professional development days. The following days would be scheduled days where teachers could plan, learn new skills, and collaborate with other teachers. Teachers would not be expected to attend all these days and many could be specific skills days ... learning about different tech aspects that would be used in class ... for example using moodle, wikis and blogs. Couls be video creation.
